What committees spent the most during Q3?

Cape Girardeau Democratic Central Committee spent $3,125 during the third quarter, according to the Missouri Ethics Commission.

This was a 351-percent spending increase over the previous quarter for the committee.

Here are the committee's expenditures from July 1 through Sept. 30.
