Census Bureau: Cape Girardeau, Missouri saw more residents between ages 20 and 24 in 2019

Of the 39,566 people residing in Cape Girardeau, MO in 2019, the median age was 33, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Cape News.

The largest number of people were in the 20 to 24 age bracket with the fewest number of people in the age bracket for people over the age of 84.
