Of the 288 people living in Cherokee Pass in 2019, 42.4 percent (122) were women and 57.6 percent (166) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Cape News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 114-to-65. In the 65 and over age range, there were 27 females and 19 males.
