What is Polio? It is a life-threatening and often disabling disease that is caused by the poliovirus. Polios is spread from person through fecal matter and airborne droplets. 

There are prevention measures: Vaccination. 

Routine vaccination occurs at 2 months, 4 months, 6-18 months and 4-6 years.
