The Ways and Means U.S. Innovation Tax Team, under the leadership of Representative Ron Estes (KS-04), has conducted a series of events nationwide to emphasize the effects of the 2017 Trump tax cuts. These events aimed to showcase their role in promoting business growth, job creation, and research investment within the United States.

In Harper, Kansas, Ron Estes visited Harper Industries to observe its recent expansion attributed to these tax cuts and policies favoring small businesses. This visit highlighted how such fiscal measures have positively impacted local enterprises.

In Mountain View, California, Jason Smith (MO-08), Ron Estes (KS-04), and Michelle Steel (CA-45) toured Wisk Aero. The visit underscored how the tax cuts have retained jobs in the U.S. and motivated employers to focus on developing intellectual property and investing in domestic research.

In San Jose, California, Jason Smith, Ron Estes, and Michelle Steel also visited Intel’s facilities. Discussions centered on building upon existing tax cuts to enhance pro-American strategies while addressing concerns about intellectual property theft by foreign entities.
