He explained that this bill would allow seniors to deduct up to $4,000 in tax obligations as relief from what he described as an "inflation tax."

Smith was born in St Louis in 1980 and resides in Salem. He graduated from the University of Missouri with a BS degree and later earned a JD from Oklahoma City University.
