The Cape Girardeau Police Department proudly hosted the Region 9 Law Enforcement Torch Run this morning. Members of the Cape Girardeau Police Department and a member of the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Office ran the route beginning at Plants Plus and crossed the finish line at the Banterra Bank parking lot on North Kingshighway.
